About us

Wisteria Cottage is a family owned and operated business which has been running since it welcomed its first guests in February 2019. Since opening its doors as a holiday cottage, Wisteria’s homely and cosy cottage feel has been greatly appreciated. We have been overwhelmed by our guests’ generous comments both in our visitors’ book and verbally. We are so happy to know that we are achieving our goals in providing a truly enjoyable holiday cottage for those who wish to visit our wonderful part of Nottinghamshire.

The cottage is ideally located in the centre of the village and looks out onto the main village green, which is part of the village’s protected Common Land. There are wonderful walks to take straight from the doorstep or by driving a short distance to nearby locations. Our information folder inside the cottage has a list with plenty of suggestions of great places to visit, where to eat and things to do. Of course, doing nothing is easy to do here too – simply enjoying the comforts of the cottage itself.
